HT7800 Series

The Hitachi HT7800 Series is a 120 kV transmission electron microscope designed for high-quality, reproducible data acquisition with improved efficiency. Features Hitachi proprietary dual-mode objective lens for high-contrast and high-resolution observation, automated beam alignments, Image Navigation function, and support for diverse analytical techniques including 3D tomography and cryo observation. Available in HT7800II, HT7820, and HT7830 variants with resolutions down to 0.14 nm.
