The SCIEX Triple Quad 3500 is an entry-level triple quadrupole LC-MS/MS system that combines the ease of liquid chromatography with the quantitative power of tandem mass spectrometry. Designed for laboratories transitioning from GC, GC-MS, or HPLC methods, the system offers mass range of 5-2000 Da, 50 ms polarity switching in MRM modes, ESI and APCI ionization probes, and AcQuRate pulse counting CEM detector. Key scan types include Q1 MS, Q3 MS, Product Ion, Precursor Ion, Neutral Loss/Gain, and MRM. The system enables analysis of more compounds per injection with lower quantitation limits than conventional GC and LC workflows, making it ideal for food safety monitoring, environmental testing, forensic analysis, and clinical research applications.
