Aurora CS

The Cytek Aurora CS is an advanced spectral cell sorter that combines Full Spectrum Profiling (FSP) technology with high-end sorting functionality. It features up to 5 lasers and 64 fluorescence detectors, enabling up to 40-color panels. The system supports sorting up to 64 levels deep into gating hierarchies, 2-way sorting into 15 mL tubes, 6-way sorting into 1.5 mL or 5 mL tubes, and 96/384-well plate sorting with index sorting capability. It shares the same optical system as the Aurora analyzer for seamless assay transfer.
