The FLUOstar Omega is a versatile filter-based multi-mode microplate reader offering an excellent balance of performance and flexibility at a mid-range price point. It features three core detection modes: fluorescence intensity (including FRET and TRF), luminescence (including BRET), and UV/vis absorbance via an ultra-fast spectrometer. Supports 6- to 384-well plates with top and bottom reading capability. Includes features like well scanning with up to 900 data points per well, incubation up to 65°C, multiple shaking options, and up to 2 high-precision reagent injectors with simultaneous detection. FDA 21 CFR Part 11 compliant software included.
